For Ohio State University's 2023 Charette I and 2 other Industrial designers were tasked with creating a mocktail drink. We needed to choose a country to reference and speak to someone from that country to get insight into what it was like so we could use it as inspiration. And we we told we also had to include a nut of some kind, and also make sure the drink fit with the glass we were given which ended up being a highball.

The country we chose was Colombia, we asked a grad student from there about popular fruits flora and fauna to get an idea of some elements to start with. From our conversation we decided that elements we would use were mandarins, mint, and chili.

Columbia is known for it's vibrant colors and bold flavors. Ginger Inferno brings together the tangy flavors of ginger and lime with the sweet, smooth finish of almond, mandarin, oranges, and coconut. A kick of chili rounds out this flavorful, fizzy drink. Topped with fresh oranges and mint leaves, this mocktail looks just as vibrant as it tastes.
